SAP Project Manager / Delivery Lead

About the role

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager / Delivery Lead to drive end‑to‑end SAP implementations for Fortune 500 clients. The role combines strategic planning, governance and hands‑on delivery to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, govern and monitor the full SAP implementation lifecycle.
• Ensure delivery aligns with SAP Activate (or similar) methodology and internal governance standards.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including functional, technical, integration, data and testing experts.
• Measure and report project performance to senior stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and drive necessary changes.
• Lead project teams, monitor performance and foster collaboration.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience on SAP implementation projects.
• Solid knowledge of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM and SD.
• Experience managing at least one SAP project stream or full end‑to‑end delivery.
• Proven people‑management experience with teams of 20 + members.
• Higher education in IT, engineering or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Required skills

• SAP Activate (or similar) methodology.
• SAP FI/CO, SAP MM, SAP SD functional knowledge.
• Project Management best practices.
• PMP certification (preferred).
