Sales Representative – DACH Market

About the role

Join CowCare, an international leader in hoof‑care equipment, as a Sales Representative focused on the DACH market. You will drive both B2B and B2C sales, building strong relationships with partners and customers across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales growth in the DACH region through multiple channels.
• Prepare quotations, monitor customer needs and expand sales pipelines.
• Maintain and update deals in the Pipedrive CRM system.
• Organise market‑specific sales activities and attend company events abroad.
• Travel for business meetings with existing and prospective clients.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar B2B/B2C sales role.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Fluent German and English (at least B2 level).
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
• Category B driving licence.

Required skills

• Pipedrive CRM proficiency.
