Sales & Influencer Manager (Central Asia)

About the role

We are looking for a Sales & Influencer Manager to own our expansion in Central Asia. You will build a partner network from scratch, working with bloggers, influencers, companies and educational platforms across Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract partners such as bloggers, influencers, companies, online schools and educational platforms in the three target countries.
• Negotiate and present our AI‑ecosystem product to potential partners.
• Establish cooperation agreements, define advertising placements and partnership integrations.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with partners.
• Develop partnership offers and campaigns tailored to the Central Asian market.
• Support partners throughout the collaboration lifecycle, from first contact to launch and ongoing cooperation.
• Monitor partnership effectiveness, analyse results and keep the partner database up to date.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B and/or B2C sales, preferably with bloggers and influencers.
• Good understanding of the Central Asian market, key platforms and audience specifics.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and ability to adapt creatives for different partners.
• Strong communication skills, able to build rapport and present the product effectively.
• Capable of multitasking and staying calm in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, engaged and ready to build new partnerships from scratch.
