Sales and Marketing Coordinator – Riga

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator works full‑time in our Riga office on a hybrid schedule, supporting both sales and marketing initiatives for Baltic Travel Group. You will help create proposals, nurture client relationships, and drive promotional campaigns across digital channels while assisting with event planning and familiarisation trips.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales activities, prepare client proposals and follow up leads.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client data.
• Coordinate marketing materials, manage content for websites and social media, and track campaign performance.
• Assist in planning and executing MICE events, promotional activities and familiarisation trips.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of services.

Required profile

• Strong communication and writing abilities for client interaction and marketing content.
• Sales competence including lead follow‑up, basic negotiation and relationship management.
• Experience in event planning and project coordination.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Preferably educated in marketing, business, tourism or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital marketing tools.
• Experience using CRM systems.
