Relationship Manager (Client Management)

About the role

We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our Riga office and support our premier international client base. You will work within the Client Management function, delivering high‑quality service and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate daily with customers, providing swift and accurate delivery of products and services.
• Analyze customer activity using PowerBI to uncover needs and new cooperation opportunities.
• Monitor transactions under the guidance of the Compliance team to meet regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Relationship Management, Client Administration, Compliance and other departments.
• Learn from experienced Relationship Managers and support client administration tasks driven by regional and global leadership.

Required profile

• Client‑centric mindset with a commitment to market‑leading service levels.
• Fluent in English and Russian (C1/C2 level).
• Adaptable and able to excel in new environments.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar client‑facing role.
