Regulatory Change Manager

About the role

Luminor is seeking a Regulatory Change Manager to join its Cash Management (Payments) department. You will act as a trusted advisor on payments‑related regulatory matters, translating complex requirements into practical business solutions and supporting the bank’s compliance and risk culture.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, manage and track regulatory initiatives and deliverables across the organisation.
• Identify payment‑related risks, perform risk and control assessments and contribute to risk reporting.
• Ensure internal policies, procedures and documentation stay aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Support external communications with regulators, customers and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and present reports on regulatory developments and implementation progress to management.
• Represent Luminor in discussions with regulators, auditors and coordinate review activities.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in Law or a related field.
• Good understanding of Baltic and European payment services regulations (e.g., PSD2, upcoming PSR).
• At least 3 years of experience in banking, legal, compliance, regulatory affairs, risk management or payments.
• Strong command of English and the local language, both written and spoken.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• High integrity, accountability and ability to work independently while collaborating across functions.
