Key responsibilities
- Conduct legal research to identify applicable legislation, outline compliance requirements and support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance efforts meet global, regulatory and industry standards.
- Collaborate with Operations, HR&ESG, Platform, Product and Marketing to align project implementation with business needs.
- Provide timely legal advice on international matters and manage legal risks across multiple jurisdictions.
- Lead compliance‑related projects and help teams establish, review and manage internal processes requiring legal support.
- Participate in calls with internal stakeholders, clients and suppliers across time zones to offer guidance and assist partnership negotiations.
- Oversee compliance‑related document management systems and processes.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of legal experience, preferably a mix of in‑house and law‑firm roles.
- Experience with the U.S. market or international business environments, especially in compliance, is a plus.
- University degree in law (Mag. iur.); an LL.M. from a U.S. university is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of civil law and prior work in compliance, due diligence or drafting compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with ESG legislation such as PPWR/EPR, ESPR and EmpCo directives.
- Fluent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and project‑management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
- Interest in legal‑technology tools and curiosity about the print‑on‑demand and e‑commerce sectors.
- Proven capacity to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team.

- Monthly salary EUR 2,600–3,200 gross, based on experience and skills.
