Quality Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our manufacturing site in Jelgava, Latvia. The role focuses on ensuring the quality of exhaust and emission control products for heavy‑duty vehicles, supporting continuous improvement and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze product quality data and performance indicators to identify trends.
• Prepare and maintain work instructions, control plans and other technical documentation.
• Investigate internal and external non‑conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in quality improvement projects and internal audits.
• Support compliance with quality systems, standards and customer requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Understanding of metal processing and manufacturing processes.
• Experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment (advantage).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good command of Latvian and English.
• Proactive, accurate and responsible work approach.
