Python Software Developer – DevOps & AI Tooling

About the role

You will join a fast‑growing team developing a Python‑based end‑to‑end test automation framework for virtual network components and building internal AI tooling. The role splits time between network testing and creating the AI infrastructure that powers internal agents and workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and extend a Python‑based e2e test automation framework for virtual network components.
• Create reusable, composable test blocks for protocol validation (TCP/IP, DNS, IPsec/VPN, routing, firewall policies) and full network scenarios.
• Containerise test infrastructure with Docker and orchestrate pipelines using GitLab CI, ensuring reproducibility across AWS, Terraform and Kubernetes environments.
• Implement authentication, authorization and access‑scoping for agentic workflows and the MCP gateway.
• Develop multi‑agent graph workflows with Pydantic‑based AI agents and integrate RAG/hybrid retrieval pipelines over documentation, logs and operational data.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• Curious, analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Team player eager to collaborate in high‑performance autonomous teams.
