About the role

The Software Testing Specialist will join Bluor Bank's development team to ensure the quality and reliability of our banking applications. You will work on both manual and automated testing activities, collaborating closely with developers to deliver robust software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of applications.
• Develop test plans and detailed test cases.
• Record and track test results and software defects.
• Analyze bugs and contribute to improving the testing process.
• Design and maintain automated tests using Java, C# and mobile platforms.
• Prepare testing documentation and propose automation improvements.
• Collaborate actively with the development team.

Required profile

• Higher education in IT or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing, including automation.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and scripting.
• Good communication, positive attitude, responsibility and stress resilience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new IT solutions.
• Experience in financial sector projects or load testing is a plus.

What we offer

• Competitive gross monthly salary ranging from 1,800 € to 2,500 € depending on competence.
