Production worker – cleaning, assembling and loading

About the role

We are looking for motivated production workers to join our textile service plant in Riga. The role involves cleaning, assembling and loading products in a fast‑paced environment operating across three shifts, including night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Wash and prepare textile products for further processing.
• Assemble product components according to specifications.
• Load finished goods onto transport vehicles.
• Follow shift schedules and work safely in a three‑shift system.

Required profile

• Good physical fitness to handle manual tasks.
• Strong sense of responsibility and a serious attitude toward work.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and adapt to shift work.
