Product Manager – Perfumes & Cosmetics & Luxury (Riga Airport)

About the role

We are launching our retail operations at Riga Airport and need a Product Manager to lead the Perfumes & Cosmetics and Luxury categories. You will turn commercial plans into operational excellence, ensuring the right products are available, well‑priced and beautifully presented for travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor category, brand and sales performance, identifying growth opportunities.
• Manage product assortment, availability, pricing and stock quality across all airport stores.
• Coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns and in‑store activations.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards, planograms and marketing guidelines are correctly implemented.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to optimise inventory and category performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and brand partners.
• Support store teams through product knowledge training, sales incentives and other initiatives.

Required profile

• At least three years of commercial experience in retail or a related field.
• Proven product management or commercial retail experience.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with a focus on sales and customer experience.
• Understanding of retail operations, merchandising and stock management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive, independent and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) and Latvian; additional languages are a plus.
