- Support change management, training and adoption tracking, and document lessons learned after each project.
- Coordinate daily activities across FP&A, Finance Data Office, Data & Analytics, IT and external vendors, and oversee EPM platform rollout (e.g. Anaplan) including UAT, cutover and hypercare.

- Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, project management or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, program support, internships or other PM roles; FP&A, finance transformation or EPM implementation experience is an advantage.
- Fluent English, oral and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and communicate clearly with different teams; occasional travel within North America.
Required skills
- Understanding of Agile, Waterfall or other PM methods, and of FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis).
- Comfort with P&L, OPEX/CAPEX, headcount, ROI and NPV; Excel and basic PM tools.
- Anaplan or another EPM platform (Oracle EPM, OneStream, Workday Adaptive Planning, SAP Analytics Cloud) preferred; Jira, Smartsheet, Teams and SharePoint an advantage.
- CAPM, PMP or entry-level Agile certification is a plus; Anaplan certification is an advantage.
