Finance Specialist - Card Reconciliations

About the role

The Finance & Control department of Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia, is part of the Global Finance organisation and covers the full accounting and financial reporting cycle for Circle K European operations. This permanent position as a Specialist Finance in Cards Reconciliations is based in Riga. Candidates must hold a valid EU/EEA work permit; relocation assistance is not provided.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Investigate discrepancies related to card transactions.
• Take part in month-end closing processes according to the reporting schedule.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and take part in projects.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• Previous experience in accounting.
• Fluent English, spoken and written, to communicate with colleagues across Europe.
• Precise, analytical, organised and stress-resistant, with a strong team spirit and improvement-driven mindset.

Required skills

• Good computer skills, including Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
• General understanding of ERP systems.
