About the role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our kitchen team as a Chef Assistant and Dishwasher. This full‑time position involves supporting the head chef and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the chef with food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
• Wash, sort, and store dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen workstations and storage areas.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Support inventory management by reporting low stock of cleaning supplies.

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
• Willingness to learn basic culinary techniques.
• Good physical stamina for standing and lifting.
