Partnership Manager

About the role

Join Luminor’s Partnership & Local Support Unit as a Partnership Manager and help shape the bank’s growth across the Baltics. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key partners, driving sales opportunities, and delivering training on credit and savings products.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high‑quality relationships with allocated key partners using remote communication tools.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure partner and end‑customer satisfaction.
• Identify and acquire new target partners to meet personal and team sales targets.
• Organise and lead partner events such as seminars, webinars, and open‑door sessions.
• Provide training to partners on credit and savings topics.
• Participate in partner‑hosted events and represent Luminor at industry gatherings.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of proven B2B sales experience.
• Strong professional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership of projects.
• Understanding of the real‑estate market and banking products.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Latvian.
