About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our Tet store in Riga. You will be the friendly face of the brand, helping customers discover and enjoy the latest technology products.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing expert advice on Tet services and equipment.
• Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring product displays are attractive.
• Handle transactions accurately and process payments.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the newest technology trends and product features.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales.
• Strong interest in the latest technology and gadgets.
• Excellent communication skills in Latvian and good command of written Latvian.
• Motivation to help customers, listen actively, and understand their needs.
• Willingness to learn and develop new knowledge.
• Completed secondary education.
