About the role

As a Sales Consultant you will play a key part in delivering an outstanding customer experience in our Rīga Plaza store. You will greet and guide shoppers through the store, help them find the right items and showcase the H&M product range while embodying the brand’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and provide personalized fashion advice.
• Maintain the sales floor, stockroom and staff areas clean, organized and visually appealing.
• Assist with opening and closing routines, including cash handling and store checks.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to share best practices and achieve store targets.
• Represent the H&M brand positively in all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Interest in fashion and a desire to help customers express their individuality.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not mandatory.
• Enjoys working in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
• Communicative, creative, curious and action‑oriented.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of POS systems and retail procedures (if mentioned in the original posting).
