Office Manager

About the role

Airline Support Baltic is looking for an experienced Office Manager to join its growing team. The manager is responsible for the smooth running of daily office operations and for creating a pleasant work environment while keeping the team efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate business meetings, international travel, business trips and events
• Oversee and support all administrative duties so the office runs smoothly
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
• Act as receptionist: greet visitors and answer direct phone calls
• Sort incoming mail and deliveries and manage outgoing mail
• Provide other administrative support such as scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, research and report creation

Required profile

• Secondary education or higher degree in any field
• Previous experience in an administrative or office management role
• Good knowledge of Latvian and English
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organization and time management, and ability to prioritize
• Self-starter with a can-do attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Required skills

• Good skills in MS Office, including MS Excel
