Delivery Team Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Delivery Team Assistant to support our project delivery operations in Riga. You will work closely with Project Managers, Capability Managers and other stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, timely reporting and smooth coordination across the delivery team.

Key responsibilities

• Register projects and participants in the project management system and monitor timesheet completion.
• Reconcile registered time with client‑billed time and track key deadlines such as time approval and period closing.
• Maintain up‑to‑date consultant profiles and manage document handovers, including signed contracts.
• Support Capability Managers with cost monitoring, report preparation and internal communication.
• Assist HR in drafting job postings and collaborate with Sales on project handovers.
• Identify and escalate data discrepancies, and facilitate meetings with action‑point tracking.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities, able to juggle multiple tasks.
• Effective communication and coordination skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, reliable and capable of working independently.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and spreadsheet handling.
• Experience with databases and large data sets.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and SharePoint.
