About the role

ITAB, a leading European manufacturer of store equipment and interior solutions, is looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead the efficient organization of warehouse operations, guide a dedicated team, and drive continuous process improvement within its Riga production facility.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and supervise daily warehouse activities including receipt, storage, order picking, packing, shipping and internal logistics.
• Ensure timely and accurate material flow to production lines and delivery of finished goods to customers.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts and oversee inventory audits.
• Lead, motivate and develop the warehouse team, schedule work and monitor performance.
• Analyse KPI data, identify improvement opportunities and implement more efficient processes.
• Collaborate closely with production, procurement and planning departments to maintain uninterrupted material circulation.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing warehouse or logistics processes, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
• Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on finding more efficient solutions.
• Fluent in Latvian and English, both spoken and written.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Decision‑making ability in a dynamic production setting.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of Lean, 5S or other process‑improvement methodologies (preferred).
