Vehicle Specialist (Fleet Operations)

About the role

Bolt is seeking a Vehicle Specialist in Riga to oversee the daily operations of the Bolt Drive fleet. The role involves managing cleaning, relocation, refueling, and damage diagnostics to ensure safety for all users. This is a full‑time permanent position with a gross monthly salary of €1,250.

Key responsibilities

• Drive brand‑new cars around the city and handle fleet logistics.
• Solve a wide range of vehicle‑related issues.
• Deliver vehicles to repair or maintenance services.
• Perform regular fleet inspections.
• Refuel, wash, and clean vehicles as needed.
• Work flexible day or night shifts of 10–12 hours.

Required profile

• Passion and strong interest in cars.
• Prior experience working in a dynamic environment.
• Good understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
• Disciplined with strong attention to detail.
• Fluent in Latvian and English.
