About the role

As a Department Manager at H&M in Riga, you will lead a dynamic store team to deliver an outstanding shopping experience. You will foster an inclusive culture, drive sales performance, and ensure visual and operational standards are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the department to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Analyze sales results, identify improvement opportunities, set goals, and develop plans to optimise profit and inventory levels.
• Plan team schedules, create shift rosters, and ensure smooth opening and closing routines.

• Monitor fashion trends, customer preferences and competitor activity to keep the store competitive.
• Represent the brand positively in all customer interactions.
