About the role

We are looking for a Material Technical Support Specialist to ensure timely availability of materials, equipment and components needed for technical solutions. The role involves managing the service warehouse, inventory records and resource flow.

Key responsibilities

• Organise daily warehouse operations, maintain stock records and ensure timely supply of materials, equipment and components.
• Analyse inventory levels, plan reserves, conduct inventories and improve stock‑management processes.
• Gather purchase requirements, prepare documentation and coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, components and services.
• Collaborate with suppliers, purchasing, finance and other stakeholders to ensure efficient information flow.
• Monitor order fulfilment, delivery dates and related documentation, guaranteeing on‑time execution.
• Maintain and update data in the company’s information systems and produce reports on stock, purchases and consumption.
• Analyse material‑technical processes and propose improvements.

Required profile

• Secondary or higher education.
• Minimum three years of experience in material‑technical support, warehouse management or logistics.
• Proficiency with MS Office and an ERP system such as MS Dynamics AX.
• Knowledge of inventory accounting, stocktaking and warehouse management.
• Understanding of procurement and delivery processes, including documentation control.
• Strong analytical abilities and data‑driven decision making.
• High accuracy, responsibility and ability to organise work independently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• English language proficiency for interaction with international partners.
