Marketing & Social Media Specialist

About the role

The Anti-Aging Institute is looking for a dynamic Marketing & Social Media Specialist to lead campaigns, create engaging content, and boost the clinic’s digital presence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and execute marketing campaigns and events.
• Develop and manage social‑media content from concept through filming, editing and daily posting.
• Maintain and grow the clinic’s social‑media channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Coordinate advertising material production with design, photo/video and print partners.
• Analyze campaign performance and audience activity, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Organize and coordinate events, presentations and client activities.
• Collaborate on marketing communication plans with partner clinics (SIA “Veselības centrs 4”).

Required profile

• Higher education in marketing, business or public relations.
• At least three years of experience in marketing, preferably digital marketing or communication.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to plan projects from idea to result.
• Self‑starter who meets deadlines and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset and strong writing skills for persuasive copy.
• Interest in the beauty and health sector and awareness of current trends.
• Team player who collaborates well with partners and colleagues.
• Responsible, proactive and results‑oriented.
