Marketing Data Analyst

About the role

Hostinger is looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to turn raw data into actionable insights that drive our marketing strategy. You will work closely with the marketing team to evaluate spend, build attribution models, and shape reporting processes from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end analytical projects, from defining methodology to delivering insights and measuring impact.
• Extract, clean, and visualize data using SQL, Tableau and AI‑enhanced tools while ensuring data integrity.
• Partner with marketing leaders across affiliates, influencers, PPC, SEO, product marketing and other channels to identify high‑impact growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Data Platform team to guarantee data availability and improve analytical workflows.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a data analyst, business analyst, marketing analyst or a similar role.
• Hands‑on expertise in SQL – you can write, optimise and troubleshoot queries.
• Proficiency with data‑visualisation tools, preferably Tableau.
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, channels and attribution concepts.
• Excellent business acumen and the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
• Clear communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
