Manager, Market Research & Business Development – European Partner Markets

About the role

Medison is expanding its Business Development team for European Partner Markets (EPM). The Manager will drive market research and partnership evaluation across key countries such as Poland, Romania and Czechia, supporting the commercialization of innovative therapies.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Medison Business Development team to guide partners from initial contact through deal closure.
• Evaluate BD opportunities in selected EPM markets and develop comprehensive assessments.
• Lead commercial assessments and consolidate insights into Business Case presentations for potential partners.
• Design and execute secondary market research covering clinical, regulatory, reimbursement and commercial aspects of candidate treatments.
• Partner with internal subject‑matter experts to validate unmet‑need analyses and market pathways.
• Conduct primary market research through interviews with key opinion leaders and other external stakeholders.
• Monitor the BD environment in EPM, propose new business opportunities and prepare written analysis and summary reports.

Required profile

• Ability to quickly understand new therapeutic areas and complex clinical, regulatory and reimbursement dynamics across the region.
• Systematic work ethic with strong analytical capabilities.
• Clear communication skills for presenting insights to management and biotech partners.
