About the role

We are seeking a dedicated shift manager to lead our security team in Riga. The role involves overseeing day and night shifts, ensuring the safety of premises, and maintaining high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise security personnel during assigned shifts (day/night).
• Monitor security systems to ensure proper operation and rapid response to incidents.

Required profile

• Valid security certificate.
• Proficiency in Latvian and English.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in security work.
• Good computer literacy and experience with security system monitoring.
