Logistics Specialist

About the role

The Logistics Specialist provides operational support to our sales teams, handling accurate quoting, building, and communicating updates for truckload opportunities. The position demands strong multitasking, problem‑solving, and daily workload prioritisation. You will collaborate with talented colleagues across the organisation and develop your logistics expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Utilise the Transportation Management System (TMS) and web‑based load boards to book, track and manage freight shipments.
• Negotiate competitive rates with carriers to secure capacity for truckload, LTL and expedited services.
• Make and receive a minimum of 100 calls per day to book available loads and maintain carrier relationships.
• Perform other duties as assigned, supporting sales initiatives and ensuring timely shipment execution.

Required profile

• Fluent English language skills are required.
• Ability to overcome issues, resolve problems quickly and act as a sales advocate for the sales teams.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a competitive drive to succeed in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to handle a high volume of daily calls.

What we offer

• Base salary of 1,500 EUR per month plus commission.
• Performance‑based unlimited commission opportunities.
