Lead Systems Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to drive the migration of our CI/CD infrastructure from Azure DevOps to GitHub Enterprise and to maintain robust cloud workflows on Azure. The role can be performed remotely from anywhere in Latvia or from our Riga office.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute the migration of repositories, pipelines and workflows from Azure DevOps to GitHub Enterprise.
• Design, build and maintain scalable, automated CI/CD pipelines on Azure.
• Manage and optimise Azure Cloud environments supporting development and deployment.
• Implement and sustain compliance frameworks such as GxP and CSV.
• Establish automated testing practices, including Behaviour-Driven Development.
• Coordinate with infrastructure teams to ensure a smooth transition.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on GitHub Enterprise administration.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience with Azure Cloud services and architecture.
• Proven track record in DevOps and CI/CD implementation.
• Hands‑on experience migrating and administering GitHub Enterprise.
• Background in Azure DevOps administration and pipeline development.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
