About the role

Join Sapiens as our Lead Business Value Delivery Architect / Lead Solution Architect and play a pivotal role in taking client‑facing insurance solutions from the sales cycle through delivery and into SaaS and AI platform migration, ensuring each engagement is measured against defined business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end solution design, from presales discovery to delivery hand‑over.
• Define business outcomes with clients and map them to platform capabilities.
• Specify and negotiate non‑functional and operational requirements such as performance, scalability, security, integration and data migration.
• Collaborate with product and R&D to resolve gaps between platform and client expectations.
• Provide depth behind presales, supporting bids with clear assumptions.
• Transition rapidly to planning after signing, delivering a documented design to the delivery team.
• Hold internal teams and clients accountable for agreed outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in insurance product suites (P&C, Life, and emerging Reinsurance).
• Strong ability to communicate with both business leaders and technical engineers.
• Proven track record of outcome‑focused solution architecture and delivery.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment based in Riga.
