Logistics Specialist

About the role

Aerones is looking for an organized Logistics Specialist to manage both domestic and international shipments. The role supports the company’s robotic solutions for wind turbine maintenance, ensuring cost‑effective and timely logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international shipments, guaranteeing timely and cost‑effective transportation.
• Coordinate with warehouses, carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams to keep logistics flowing smoothly.
• Prepare shipping documentation, monitor shipments, and resolve transportation issues.
• Support import/export and customs compliance, maintain accurate records and optimise processes.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics, supply chain or transportation coordination.
• Good understanding of import/export and customs procedures.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems – preferably NetSuite or Monitor.
• Certificate of Dangerous Goods Training.
