Junior Logistics Support Specialist for USA

About the role

Join Circle K Business Centre in Riga as a Junior Logistics Support Specialist supporting fuel deliveries across North America. You will assist stores, drivers and internal teams while developing your logistics expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support and manage account administration.
• Handle inbound calls and emails for fuel deliveries to stations in the USA.
• Manage delivery orders, registrations and help drivers resolve delivery issues.
• Participate in process optimisation, cost‑efficiency improvements and prevent fuel outages.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Precise, organised, stress‑resistant and adaptable.
• Quick learner eager to master new skills.
• Willingness to work daytime, evening and night shifts on weekdays.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) for daily communication with US colleagues.
• Good overall computer proficiency.
• Improvement‑driven team player.
