About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable sales associate to work at the Krasta 2 fuel station in Riga. The position is focused on daytime shifts (06:30‑22:00) with no night work, providing direct service to customers who refuel their vehicles and purchase convenience items.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the fuel pumps and inside the shop.
• Operate the cash register, handle cash transactions and issue receipts.
• Promote and sell fuel, goods, and services actively.
• Receive deliveries, stock shelves, and monitor product expiry dates.
• Maintain a clean, orderly environment for both the fuel area and the retail space.
• Know the product range and give customers accurate advice when needed.
• Follow safety procedures and internal regulations at all times.

Required profile

• Good command of Latvian language.
• At least 18 years old.
• Strong communication skills, honesty, precision and a high sense of responsibility.
