About the role

Storent is looking for a Customer Consultant to join the team at its largest equipment‑rental centre on Zolitūdes iela. You will guide clients in selecting the right machinery, provide tailored solutions, and ensure a high‑quality experience throughout the rental period.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in choosing appropriate equipment and rental solutions.
• Deliver professional support from the first contact to the end of the rental contract.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and rental agreements.
• Achieve individual KPIs and contribute to the centre’s overall sales targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve service quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service with a focus on creating positive client experiences.
• Strong interest in equipment and a desire to become an expert in equipment rental.
• Excellent communication skills in Latvian; additional languages are a plus.
• Responsible, precise, and collaborative attitude.
• Ability to organise work independently while thriving in a team environment.
• Knowledge of construction equipment or experience in the construction sector is advantageous.
