About the role

Join Concentrix as a Customer Support Specialist for Samsung, providing technical assistance to Samsung product users in Riga. You will handle inbound calls, emails and chats in Latvian and Russian, delivering high‑quality support while representing a global technology leader.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails and chat messages from Samsung customers.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and guidance for Samsung products.
• Communicate with customers in Latvian or Russian, depending on their preference.
• Maintain professionalism, respect, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Excellent Latvian language skills (C1 level).
• Strong English and Russian proficiency (B2 level), both written and spoken.
• Good communication abilities and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but training will be provided.

What we offer

• Office location in Riga city centre (Kr. Valdemāra iela 21).
• Shift schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8.5‑hour shifts between 09:00‑19:00.
• Hourly rate: €7.48 gross during probation, €8.10 gross after probation.
• Two weeks of paid training and paid personal phone usage.
• Health and accident insurance.
• Monthly performance‑based bonuses.
• Permanent or fixed‑term contract (until 31/03/2027), with two positions available.
