About the role

Join Concentrix as a Customer Service Specialist providing support in Hebrew and English for a video streaming platform. The position starts in the fall of 2026 and offers a dynamic, shift‑based schedule covering Monday to Sunday.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email and chat applications.
• Provide troubleshooting and guidance on the streaming platform in the language chosen by the customer.
• Document interactions and follow internal procedures to ensure high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written Hebrew (native or near‑native level).
• Comfortable communicating in English at a minimum B2 level.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., email clients, web browsers).
