Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist – Remote (EU)

About the role

Foxelli is seeking a Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist to join its DTC e‑commerce team. Working remotely from anywhere in the EU, you will design, automate and optimise email campaigns for multiple brands, leveraging AI tools to boost personalization and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute AI‑enhanced email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo.
• Set up automated workflows, segmentation and A/B tests to increase engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with senior team members to integrate AI tools for copy generation, audience targeting and performance optimisation.
• Maintain clean email lists, manage segmentation and monitor list health.
• Analyse campaign metrics, produce reports and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure cohesive, brand‑aligned email assets.
• Design and build responsive email templates and campaign layouts.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in email marketing, preferably within e‑commerce or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and eager to grow professionally.
