About the role

IKEA Latvia is looking for a friendly and reliable cashier to join our team on a part‑time basis (20 hours per week). You will work at our store in Riga, providing excellent service to customers at the checkout.

Key responsibilities

• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide a high level of customer service, answering questions about products and services.
• Promote IKEA’s home‑improvement expertise by informing customers about available items and services.
• Maintain a tidy and organized checkout area.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or retail.
• Strong communication skills in Latvian.
• Responsible, precise and able to work independently.
• Energetic, solution‑oriented team player.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
