About the role

We are seeking a qualified jurist to join our commercial litigation team. The successful candidate will work on a variety of commercial disputes and contract matters, drafting documents in both English and Latvian.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review commercial contracts in English and Latvian.
• Draft litigation documents for commercial disputes.
• Conduct legal research and provide analytical support to senior lawyers.
• Assist clients throughout the dispute resolution process.

Required profile

• Higher legal education (law degree).
• Strong interest in commercial law.
• Ability to work independently, analytically, accurately and responsibly.
• Excellent written and spoken Latvian and English.

Required skills

• Contract drafting.
• Legal document preparation.
