Junior ERP/CRM Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior ERP/CRM Consultant to join Burti’s friendly team on a full‑time basis. You will work closely with senior consultants to help Latvian and international clients improve efficiency through business‑management software.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily client support together with a senior consultant, adhering to agreed SLA levels.
• Participate in the implementation of Standard ERP and Standard Books solutions for companies of various sizes and sectors.
• Test tasks, troubleshoot technical issues and assist with data migration and system configuration.
• Gather requirements, propose new solution ideas and help organise client training sessions.

Required profile

• Strong listening skills, eagerness to learn and a preference for structured work processes.
• Basic understanding of ERP, CRM, accounting or warehouse management concepts.
• Ability to collaborate closely with a senior colleague and work well in a team.
• Good command of English.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Standard ERP software.
• Familiarity with Standard Books software.
