About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic junior kitchen staff to join our restaurant team. This entry‑level position offers a chance to develop culinary skills, work in a fast‑paced environment, and grow within the hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare meat and fish dishes following standardized technological cards.
• Cook pancakes, burgers and other menu items.
• Take customer orders and receive deliveries of goods.
• Prepare ingredient distributions for service.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation at the end of each shift.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of the Latvian language.
• Responsible attitude toward assigned tasks.
• Ability to work efficiently under high‑pressure conditions.
• Medical certificate U27 is required for employment.
