About the role

Swedbank is seeking a motivated individual to join the Novira Plaza branch as an assistant. This six‑month internship offers hands‑on experience in banking, customer consulting and the use of digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and coordinate client flow in the service hall.
• Consult and educate clients on using remote channels such as internet banking, ATMs and other digital services.
• Work full‑time on‑site at the Novira Plaza branch.
• Become proficient with the Swedbank mobile application and Smart‑ID functionality.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills.
• Good command of Latvian; conversational English is a plus.
• Strong willingness to learn and apply new knowledge.
• Responsibility and reliability in handling assigned tasks.
• Previous customer‑service experience is advantageous.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Swedbank mobile app.
• Basic knowledge of Smart‑ID usage.
