Specialist Finance – Accounts Receivable

About the role

The Finance & Control Department at Circle K Business Centre in Riga is seeking a Specialist Finance professional to join the Accounts Receivable team. You will support the full accounting cycle for European operations and ensure accurate processing of customer payments.

Key responsibilities

• Post incoming bank payments to customer accounts and perform payment clearing.
• Monitor bank clearing related balance‑sheet accounts and handle internal and external customer queries.
• Assist with period‑closing tasks, identify errors and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Support internal and external audits and participate in process‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Finance or a related field.
• Proven experience in a finance‑related specialist role.
• Fluency in English (written and oral) and strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
