IT Support Technician – Global IT Team

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to join Webbing’s global IT team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for hardware, software and network issues, supporting both local and remote employees. You will work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment with opportunities to develop across a wide range of technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for hardware, software and network‑related incidents for local and remote teams.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems and business applications to ensure stability, performance and security.
• Execute onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup, access provisioning and equipment configuration.
• Support office infrastructure such as VLANs, Wi‑Fi networks and firewall configurations (Fortinet preferred).
• Respond to tickets within agreed service levels using internal help‑desk tools.
• Diagnose incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Maintain system documentation, asset inventory and user access records.
• Assist with IT‑related projects and improvement initiatives.
• Participate in global on‑call rotations, including weekends and holidays.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT support role, preferably in a tech‑driven environment.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude, proactive mindset and passion for learning.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical users.

Required skills

• Windows, macOS, Android and iOS operating systems.
• Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure and Jamf Pro.
• Fundamental networking protocols: IP, ARP, DHCP, DNS, HTTP, SMTP.
• Office networking hardware: VLANs, Wi‑Fi, switches, access points and firewalls (Fortinet experience preferred).
• Basic cybersecurity practices such as MFA and threat prevention.
