About the role

Magnetiq Bank is looking for a passionate Head of IT Operations to lead its technology team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the bank’s IT landscape, ensuring reliable, secure services that support our strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure continuous and secure operation of the bank’s IT infrastructure.
• Lead IT service management processes and resolve operational incidents.
• Develop system reliability, monitoring, and business‑continuity solutions.
• Maintain compliance with security, audit and regulatory requirements.
• Manage relationships with external IT service providers and technology partners.
• Organise and improve IT support service delivery.

Required profile

• Higher education in IT, engineering or management.
• At least 3 years of experience in a senior IT leadership role, preferably in banking or finance.
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure and operations management.
• Knowledge of server, network, cloud and workplace technology management.
• Understanding of ITIL principles and incident, problem, change management processes.
• Experience in IT security, access control and vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with business continuity and disaster‑recovery processes.
• Experience working with regulators, auditors and external service providers.
