About the role

We are looking for a responsible and meticulous colleague to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our IT equipment warehouse. The role involves handling incoming and outgoing IT hardware, maintaining accurate records, and supporting logistics processes.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store IT equipment according to company procedures.
• Perform loading, unloading, and internal movement of goods.
• Prepare and issue goods for dispatch in a timely manner.
• Maintain and control warehouse inventory records.
• Enter waybills and process data in the Horizon system.
• Prepare outgoing waybills, invoices and reports.
• Organise the utilization and disposal process of equipment.
• Deliver goods and related documents as required.

Required profile

• At least secondary education (technical IT education is a plus).
• Minimum 2 years of practical warehouse experience, preferably with IT hardware.
• Good understanding of different types of IT equipment.
• Experience with an accounting system, ideally Horizon.
• Fluent Latvian and conversational English, especially IT terminology.
• B‑category driving licence.
• High sense of responsibility, precision and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in the Horizon accounting system.

What we offer

• Monthly gross salary of EUR 1 800 – 2 000, including quarterly bonuses.
• Compensation adjusted to professional experience, competencies and performance.
