IoT Technical Service Manager – Riga

About the role

As an IoT Technical Service Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring service stability and quality for our most important customers. You’ll manage relationships with large and strategic accounts, consult on advanced technical solutions, and lead initiatives that improve customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor and proactive partner for customers.
• Manage complex technical challenges and provide advanced solution consulting.
• Ensure service stability and meet SLAs/SLOs for customers.
• Lead major incident management and coordinate resources for resolution.
• Collaborate with peers and cross‑functional teams to solve complex technical challenges.
• Drive customer governance through regular meetings, operational reviews, KPI tracking, risk management, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in service management and customer success.
• In‑depth technical knowledge in IoT and mobile network services.
• Skilled at managing complex incidents and escalations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (Italian, Spanish, German) are a bonus.
