Invoicing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Invoicing Specialist to ensure accurate and timely customer invoicing. You will work closely with project and service managers, resolve invoicing issues, and support financial reporting within a dynamic Nordic transformation partner.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and process data to guarantee timely and accurate customer invoicing.
• Provide invoicing support to project and service managers.
• Investigate invoicing discrepancies and apply necessary corrections.
• Monitor invoicing metrics and prepare financial reports on demand.
• Participate in development and improvement‑oriented projects.

Required profile

• University degree or undergraduate studies in Finance or Business Administration.
• Previous experience in finance or accounting is an advantage.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑oriented and service‑minded attitude.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• High work ethics.
