Implementation Consultant – Finance SaaS

About the role

Pacera is looking for an Implementation Consultant to deliver its Aico platform to finance teams. In this hybrid, client‑facing role you will guide customers through the full implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering to go‑live, ensuring they extract maximum value from the solution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementations of the Aico by Pacera platform for new and existing clients.
• Configure and customise the platform to meet client‑specific month‑end close requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact during implementation, providing advisory guidance on best practices and process design.
• Translate business and finance requirements into technical configurations and workflows.
• Build and manage integrations between Aico and client source systems such as ERP and other finance applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues during implementation and post‑go‑live.
• Deliver training and enablement sessions to support platform adoption.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to relay client feedback and identify platform improvements.
• Manage multiple implementations concurrently, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery.
• Document configurations, processes, and best practices for internal and client reference.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in consulting, implementation or a technical role within finance/CFO software.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, especially consolidation, month‑end close and FP&A.
• Excellent client‑facing communication skills and ability to build credibility with finance stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree; accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA) preferred.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with finance automation platforms such as Blackline, Trintech, Anaplan, BrightAnalytics or OneStream.
• Experience building integrations and managing data flows between finance systems and ERP.
• Proficiency configuring SaaS finance solutions (Aico by Pacera).
